Sime Tyres Centipede HT (Highway Terrain) was launched in March 2010. The Centipede HT is an exceptional performer, either on wet or dry road conditions. The triple centre rib design with multiple longitudinal and lateral grooves optimizes tread block stability under braking conditions allow for shorter braking distances on wet or dry for higher safety. The optimized pattern design with noise reduction technology cancels out noise frequencies while the closed shoulder rib-block shoulder design insulates noise in the lateral direction for a more comfortable drive. The optimized flat tyre contour and wear resistant tread compound evens the ground pressure distribution & the low tread wear allows for higher mileage performance & longer service life.

Ban Sime Centipede HT (HighwayTerrain) diluncurkan bulan Maret 2010 untuk pengemudi kendaraan SUV atau 4x4 yang akan menggunakan kendaraannya di medan basah maupun kering. Design 3 alur telapak tengah mengoptimalkan telapak sehingga ban dapat berhenti lebih cepat saat mengerem baik di medan basah maupun kering. Telapak di design sehingga bunyi yang dikeluarkan ban saling menetralisir sehingga kebisingan dapat ditekan. Bahu ban yang tertutup juga menekan suara. Telapak ban lebih datar sehingga beban didistribusikan secara lebih merata & dibuat oleh bahan yang lebih tahan gesek. Ban menjadi lebih awet, tahan lama & bisa dipakai untuk jarak lebih jauh.
