The ContiSportContact 3 (CSC3) was released in February 2006 & developed for the drivers of powerful sports cars, sports coupes & luxury sedans. The ContiSportContact 3 is designed to combine outstanding braking capability & agile steering precision.
It has even shorter braking distances than its predecessor (about 5% shorter in wet condition & 3% shorter in dry condition), extra grip for better handling, plus an asymmetrical tread pattern designed to further enhance the driving characteristic of sport cars. Aquaplaning protection was improved by 6%, rolling resistance & tyre wear have been reduced by 5%. The ribbed tread pattern is more advantageous than a lugged type. The force occurring during braking are more evenly distributed & thus be transmitted more efficiently.
ContiSportContact 3 is now available in more than 138 sizes. Before its production, it has already obtained approval from Audi & will be fitted on TT, A6 & its RS4 sport car. ContiSportContact 3 is already Original Equipment (OE) for Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Porsche, BMW, Volvo, Volkswagen (VW), Jaguar & Renault. ContiSporctContact 3 can reach speed up to 340km/h (212mph).

ContiSportContact 3 mempunyai jarak mengerem yg lebih pendek dari model terdahulu (5% lebih pendek di jalan basah, 3% lebih pendek di jalan kering). Telapaknya memberikan cengkeraman lebih tajam & lebih mudah dikendalikan & mempunyai telapak asimetris. ContiSportContact 3 mempunyai perlindungan Aquaplaning yg lebih baik (6%), daya gesek & keausan lebih unggul (5%). Pada saat dilakukan pengereman beban akan didistribusikan lebih merata sehinga ban menjadi lebih efficient.
ContiSportContact 3 mempunyai lebih dari 138 jenis ukuran.
